UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS:
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Contact your Customer Service Representative for a Return Authorization number. Unless the customer requests the merchandise back, any unauthorized returned item will be kept and no credit will be issued. Merchandise will be authorized for return only if it is in saleable condition. Song-O.com will not accept items with price tags, markings on the packaging, or products that are not in the original packaging.
Refused shipments are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the order plus freight charges.
Claims for damages may not be deducted from an invoice payment. Submit request to CSR who will issue credit upon approval.
Claims for defective merchandise and/or shortages must be reported to your Customer Service Representative within 10 days from the date of receipt of the order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
A written cancellation request should be sent to properly cancel an order. If a customer calls to cancel an order, ask the customer to fax or email the cancellation request. Cancellations may be accepted by phone, however, it is preferred that a written request be sent via e-mail or fax so that documentation can be maintained should any disputes arise.

PRICES & FREIGHT CHARGES:
All prices are at retail, FOB Rosemead, California. Orders will be shipped according to customer requests. Customer will be responsible for all freight charges.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards, or Paypal are charged at time of shipment and include shipping charges.
